Hello jerohit.
I think you just should feel the right situation when you think that you can bluff the guy :) As I know playing poker everyone know how to play , but bluffing its very hard , and this is a part of the game.

There is no "right" time in a tournament to make a bluff. It has to be the right situation. The bluff has to make sense with how the hand has played out as well. If you make a bluff just because you suddenly feel like it, someone will get suspicious and will call. Find the players as you watch each hand who are willing to lay things down and time them with a well told story.

Its not about what cards you have (on the whole).

You need to consider

The other players range
What he thinks you have
A range that you might realistically be able to represent based on your actions on each street
If the other player has a fold button or not

Judging on your original post I think you need to study more on before you understand all of the above.

I think you should feel right time to bluff , preferably against less opponents if you feel weakness in your opponent and think that you can win with a bluff just try , but sometimes bluffs lead to large losses stack

Timing is everything - Choose Wisely!

When bluffing, you are taking a chance of losing all your money in one hand that may of taken you a few hours or days to build up. A bad bluff can take you from the 'top scoring players' to 'out of the game' - all in 1 hand, so chose a bluff wisely. I have personally been in a few tournaments that I decided bluffing would bring me up to chip leader, but ended up losing everything. I find in my game I have bluffed mainly on either an Ace King and are hoping for one of those cards to match up - or 2 suited cards hoping for the flush or a low pocket pair hoping for the third match - but they almost never do - so you end up losing all your money hoping to gain a bunch of chips from one hand. I got lucky a few times but for the most part, bluffing with nothing is very hard to do, for it only takes one person that has a medium hand to go in and your done - Choose Wisely!

Don't bluff with nothing, you have to have something like backdoor flash/straight. If you hit on turn helpful card, go another barrel. Be carefull your perceived range with board should be consistent. If you want bluff river make over bet. He should not call even top pair in late stage of tourney.

When a lot players before you fold or wait, that can be good time to bleff against players after you.
