Conservative? Aggressive? Something else? How did you come to adopt a particular playing style, and which playing style has, in your opinion, the best advantage-disadvantage ratio/is more profitable in the long run?

I am quite conservative although midway the chances of me lasting are slim to none, only on a rare fluke will I get in the top 20 per cent of players. Most people that I play know how I play so chance of me winning larger pots are minimal. That is my take.

I'm usually conservative, because I try hard not count on luck, even though luck is also part of the game. I do not like lottery.

I play tight. Why play loose with a large Rake, if for your AA you anyway pay?

It depends on situation. But usually i play tight and aggressive poker. But sometimes i need to bluff- its the way how to pressure your opponents and get free chips.

More aggressive, as the blinds increase. However, I always feel the need to mix it up.

Aggressive style = wining style if you know how to apply that aggresiveness

I think that a TAG game (tight and aggressive) is the best across all formats and game types. Be selective in the hands that you play but go for the jugular when you do :)

Most of the time I play tight aggressive, but if I'm playing cash or MTTs at Full Flush, I have to change up a lot or I don't get many calls because many players there know how I play. More so in cash games. But sometimes my image at the table helps me in tough spots. Like when the only way to win the pot is to bluff at it. Or if I'm, say in middle position, and I have AA, it has been folded to me, I don't want to lose all the players, so I just limp or min raise to get all I can out of the hand. Also, many times a player will raise after me. Then it calls for a reraise or all in with that one player. So I change up a lot in many different ways. That has helped me a lot with my game. GL to you

I suppose it should depend on the opponents: if the opponents are weak you should be more agressive, if they are strong you trick them by faking weakness yourself

like snow; the softer it falls the longer it dwells upon, and the deeper it sinks into the mind. Genius is born--not paid, facts are stubborn things, but statistics are more pliable

I still have a bit lagtag style carried over from limit (where it's possible to see the flop cheaper as bets are limited :))
Doesn't go too badly...

It depends on the situation, on the tournament, on the opponents. I often analyze opponents so I can react and adopt in the long-run.

When big stack I don't go fight with another player whit biggest then me. When lower stack I prefer the agressif style.

I also do this, and it's a good strategy, so that you do not sacrifice both their stacks. I don´t usually bet with big stacks, I attack who have short chips, and almost always won. I often eliminate many opponents when I have a large number of stacks.
