It depends on you. If you are a nananoko you should play cash games, if you are a jcaarver you should play tournaments and so on.
As for me, I prefer playing SNG's and tournaments.

I think you need to check out each one and see what works best for you. There really seem to be something missing here. How long have you been playing? There is no one here that can tell you to start at any game. You have to have experience at every thing you are asking for. I get the feeling that you are looking for a quick way to win a lot of money. It's not going to happen, unless you are able to play at least at $1/$2 NL or $50 or better buyin MTT and be a winner at both, or a player that has a great BR and a great BRM. So where do you plan to start?

I'm fairly sure that no matter what format you play, the main goal is winning/increasing your bankroll.

^ That stated, what experience do you have in regards to Poker in general?
Then dissect the different formats to see what suits your Poker habits the most.

I personally prefer playing MTT's,
but those aren't really ideal for building a quick bankroll.. You kinda need a decent roll to start with MTT's as you can have a bad run losing quite a few Buy-In's.

Not being rolled for the format you play can get you in trouble, fast.

EDIT: Note; freerolls (especially the CC ones), are a good start if you don't really have a BR, or if you have a small BR and want to give it a little boost.

Greetz.

Most players are better at either SNGs or cash to start. Indeed, many pro players specialize in one or the other. MTTs can obviously pay out huge if you place at the top, but you need to set aside a lot of buy-ins to ride out the variance. To start building a bankroll, I would start with either micro SNGs or micro cash and see where your strengths are...then go with it. Study off the table as well to strengthen the weak points of your game and you should be off and running in no time. Gl!

I would recommend starting with Sit and Gos and cash games. Get a feel of which you prefer.

availability is of concern. SNG's are not always high traffic and even dead sometims.

Cash game is always higher traffic.

ACR has $25 GTD and normally goes about to like $50. It's $0.55 to enter so this is MTT's and/but could be another way to grow your roll.

Everything depends on your ability to play. If you think that you will quickly zarobotat, you're wrong. Only 20% of the players make a profit in the cache. The rest are either in a minus or in its remains. You try it for yourself and then decide where you are comfortable to play and you get to make a profit. To each his own.
