I'm going to deposit 25 dollars on pokerstars and I was wondering what is the best way to build my bankroll and make money.

Hi ianleel. I don't know anything about PS but I do know that with a $25 BR you should play the lowest games you can until you build it up. Like when you get to $50 ease up another level. Take your time, and be patient, the cards will come to you

Hello, so, if you've never made a deposit, I suggest you take a look at the first deposit bonus.
After that, I suggest you read about banking control and follow it as a law so you do not risk breaking your bankroll.

I suggest you play with unreal money and see what kind of game you feel most comfortable playing and then play real money in that kind of play.
Maybe you should start by playing low level s&g with few players, they are short duration tournaments, you invest little money and there are several prizes.

I see you have been a member of CardsChat since 2007, so you are not entirely new to poker. This is probably the first thing to answer. How long have you been playing poker; which games and at what level? Do you have a preference for games, i.e., cash, sng, MTT?

Why are you choosing pokerstars and why $25?

How much profit would you like to make and how much can you afford to lose?

Do you play the cards chat freerolls? This is a good way of guagimg where your game is at and also helps you to develop your poker skills, and building your bankroll.

If all these questions are answered, and you still make your deposit. Check out the deposit bonuses and use them to their maximum.

In terms Of playing, develop your style so that you are improving and winning and enjoying the games you play. Check out the forums and articles that will give you advice on how to start off in each game type.

I would try lowest buy-in sit n gos - to give you a certain suggestion. Tournaments would be with too large player pools and ring money games - too few dollars for them. A couple 0.01/0.02 tables wont kill ya, but better strategy would be sit n gos.

Just play a solid game and practice good bank roll management. If you are looking to play tournys or cash make sure your bankroll is 100x the buy or the stakes of the game. Make +ev decisions when playing and even though you might loose a few, +ev decisions will profit you in the long run. GL sir
