Like anything else in poker, it all depends.
AK, you play pretty aggressively against 1 or maybe 1 opponents, especially if they're pretty soft and are likely to fold to a lot off aggression if they dont have a big hand. However, if they play back, I might be more inclined to just call and see a flop than to shove all in. It depends on who I'm up against.
In early stages of MTTs, I don't risk a lot of chips wit AK, AQ. Go for standard raise, c-bet most flops, and fold if I get played back. AQ, I might even fold from EP just because it gets you into more trouble than not. From mid-late, I'm definitely opening up the pot with them.
