if you want to start win a money in poker you need to learn a lot. Just watch videos, analyze your hands. talk with another players. Of course playing a lot is important too.
about brm it depends what we talk about. cash games? tourneys? I guess 50bi for a begginer player could be a decent amount for cash games. For tourneys I would say more than 100.

Can't win consistently in real life poker.
Does anyone win consistently? If so I want to play with the people he/she wins against.
Do a search on professionals and see how many losses they have in comparison to wins.

the eternal question of how to win constantly. In my opinion you need to make money not poker, and spend on the game 1% of the bankroll and not be tempted, then maybe something will happen.

IE: Traditionally, it is a terrible idea to sit down at a table with the goal of doubling your total roll in one session. Although Phil Hellmuth won the wsop after buying in for over his bankroll, it usually is a bad idea to do the same with an event.
Bottom line you don’t ever want a single session or event, given you do not win over the course of it to significantly reduce your roll.

This is very vague... You will have to ask specific questions if you want quality answers.. Also the path to winning is not going to be solved in one comment. It will take a lot of work and studying mixed with really understanding your shortcomings. There are thousands of threads on CC about Bankroll Management. Everyone has their view of it. The main point of it is don't play in games you can't afford. If you don't have a bankroll... then you don't even need bankroll management to begin with.

Does anyone win consistently? Yes in cash games. You are probably looking at tournament results, in which all winning players will have massive downswings. You can be consistently profitable in cash. To go with the second part of your comment, table selection will help with this. There are plenty of suckers out there at least where I live there is.

First let me tell you something, don t expect to win big amount of money in a short time , ( poker is not casino ) . Try to play in the game that you find ur self understanding it , try to specialize in a type of game ( micro buy-in ) . There are many topics to learn how to manage your bankroll . If you want to learn big amount u must play highly buy-in . ( don t try that if u don’t have experience, and u don t know winning combinations, positions... read learn first then play .

I find that taking the time to think about a hand before taking action is the single biggest thing that has helped my game. Curbing my urge to make a knee-jerk reaction has worked wonders.

poker live is different, less convenient than at home. I want to win, I need to work on myself, the game. Need experience. Playing freerolls, you can start building a bankroll. For a quicker result, it's better to hire a trainer.

I recommend reading many books and poker articles. Not only those who explain the rules and laws of poker, but also those focused on the psychological part, I think it is a very fundamental part of the game. I think it's more profitable to play sports games to increase your bankroll than to bet on poker. Especially now that we have the opportunity to earn XP because before that was not the case.

Try looking around the big study sites like raise your edge or upswing's youtubes, they post alot of stuff that's free and helpful. For MTT's you should try to manage a 1:100 bankroll so you can build without the extra anxiety.
