Give advice to beginners, which is needed to start the stack cash games?

Depends what stakes we're talking about.
Assuming micro's I suggest/recommend you apply to the newsletter of BlackRain79 and read his blog..
It will teach you a no-nonsense, quite simple approach to the lowest limits.
Let's call it a KISS-method.
In the micro's you really don't need to know the meaning of terms like stop 'n go or floating, or whatever.
What you do need to know, is how to identify the bad players, because they are where the money comes from.
This shouldn't be hard because there's plenty of bad players at 2NL and 5NL.

In higher stakes we have to be aware of our image because people will actively watch and analyse what we are doing, they will look at our stats, probably try to find some bet-sizing tells etc.

Forget about that in the micro's.
Although, we ourselves are trying to find the weak players, most of our opponents have no clue and don't care about what we are doing.

So, if we're quite sure we have the best hand, valuebet the sh*t outof them.....you'd be surprised what they'll call you down with.

Avoid those who we think are good players unless we have a really strong hand, they are not our targets.
Instead, search for confrontations with thos we tagged as bad.

For example, yestarday I was at a table (2NL) with someone full-stacked, auto-topping and stats VPIP/PFR something like 20/16 (not mentioning other stats to keep it simple).
Not going to say it was a good player, but he looked quite decent.
I just don't play that guy, unless I'm very strong.

On that same table a new player sit down with $ 0.80 (minimum BI), who immediately paid a BB (instead of waiting for the BB to come to him).
Wow.....red flagg ( I colour code bad players red).
That's the guy I want to play against, as he most likely has no clue what he's doing.
Although he just had a small stack, I still wanted to take it.
So, it was a matter of waiting for a decent hand and that's all she wrote....I indeed won most of his stack, just value-betting.....no fancy play, just straightforward ABC poker.

Another player had a fold to 3-bet % of 100 %.
I 3-bet him 3 times in a row when the opportunity was there and everytime he folded......easy money.
Fourth time he responded with a 4-bet.....me with a marginal hand, easy fold for me, because most likely they had a very strong hand.
I mean, most likely he wasn't playing back at me because he noticed I 3-bet him a lot....I would be surprised he even realised.

Long story short...in the micro's, keep it simple....bet for value with strong hands, find the weak players, avoid the good ones (should be easy as there's not so many good ones).
And last but not least....never ever try to 2- or 3-barrel bluff a calling station while you have air.
Their bottom pair with which they'll call you down will still beat your A-high hand.
Avoid big confrontations while having marginal hands when played back at you, just reward them those pots when the pots are still small.
Value bet and build that pot when having stong hands.
Pretty often they'll give you their stack.

And, Collin Moshman has written 2 books, one on SnG and one on HU play, so please ignore that advice about reading his books for beginner cash game strategy.

Nathan "BlackRain79" Williams has a blog and a couple of great books for beginners and small stakes.

This. You need to spend time putting in hours at the tables. Yes study and reading helps improve your game but seeing hands is where the real learning takes place. Most of your poker time should be spent at the tables playing.

Of course you need to know some basics before playing if you want to start out with some ability to not lose your stacks right away, but lots of players learn as they go and generally "pay" for that learning experience through making mistakes.

IMO a lot of these training sites are a double edged sword. You're getting strategies that thousands of others use and can exploit. Also you risk getting early on into a set mode and might have a hard time evolving and breaking the "rules" of the training strategies as needed per situation. For SNGs and MTTs they might be really useful but I think cash games require a lot of different skill-sets and an ability to really adapt on the fly.

Read up on poker odds, hand strengths/ranges, and position. And also read up on tilt and bankroll management. But spend as much time as you can at the tables getting the experiences.

The poker school at pokerstars is the best way to learn if you are a beginner.
It teaches you everything you want to know about the basic game and It also gives you the change of winning some starting money.

After you learn what you need from there you could watch some videos on YouTube with people playing at 2NL, get some notes about the starting hands, about the positions they use etc.
Then, all you have to do is play, play, play.

Suggest beginners to first learn the rules of poker, watch a different video about poker, the analysis of the distributions and observe the players in offline poker
