Sorry, but I doubt it. Never heard of a cashgame, where you can buy in with 10 BB.

Beginners play on all levels, really. There are more common on the penny stakes (1c/2c - 10c/25c) but they can show up on any limit. Depends on how much money they put on and how much tolerance for risk they have.

A good idea is to search this forum for "number of buyins for cash" or something like that. I suggest you should have at least 30 buy-ins of 100 bbs when you first play, so a $10 deposit really isn't nearly enough to play.

I think new players should play micro-stakes (0.01/0.02 or 0.02/0.05) when starting out.

If you can't beat those stakes, moving up will only cost you more money. And if you can't afford the minimum # of buy-ins to deposit, you definitely shouldn't be doing more than playing microstakes.

Learn first!!!

:DThe first limit of begginers are play money and freeroll, play just in real money after you have experience, or by a long time playing, or making some coaching. If you'll learn by yourself, play a lot for a long, long time freerolls.:D

Yes, I just like the long tournaments, I noticed that without experience it's very difficult to play, thanks!

Thanks for the advice! Tell me, is there any point in starting on a sit-and-go?

I just started back up again after years away from online poker. Right now I am grinding a lot of freerolls. My advice to you if you play them is to fold early till most players at your table get that shoving business out of their systems then play tight aggressive with some flexibility in your playing style based upon the situation.

Freerolls are brutal. I have been called with a huge pocket pair preflop all in with nothing more than some 83o or other such business and got busted when two pair or trips land for the villain. You will get tilted and you will wonder if the game is rigged from time to time. LOL But persistence, discipline and more patience than GOD himself, go along way in making a deep run in freerolls. Plus it's a great way to learn the game and improve your skills while trying to make money but spending no money.

Look at it this way, if, with your starting $10, you lost it in 3 hours, you lose nothing on freerolls in the same three hours but have an unlimited amount of tries to improve your game and win $.

Aside from just playing them as much as you can stand, I also suggest studying, reading as much as you can about strategy, math, player psychology and anything else about poker you can get your hands on. I also like to watch the poker guys on Twitch play their MTT's. A lot of them have some useful commentary especially where math is concerned. Some of them will tell you why they call or fold in certain situations and some will even go over hand analysis their viewers submit to them. It's entertaining and informative at the same time.

Good Luck on your Poker Journey!

I think you should play a lot of Freerolls , make a strategy , practice a lot , and after that you can deposit some money and try your luck , so far I did not deposit nothing on poker , cause I still need to practice , and learn a lot !

I don't remember any of my poker sites that accepts a $10 deposit. If I were to play a ring game I would be on the penny two penny table or the nickel dime table. I always allow myself to play a $1 MTT, so even that would get me 10 buyins which is about 20 hours of play.

Foreshadowing?

Ever heard of "Risk of Ruins"? Would definitely recommend reading about it.

When you will ready to deposit the poker rooms you have decide which discipline to play - MTT, SNG, ZOOM, HU, SPIN, CASH. These are different strategy games. IMHO CASH is most hardest discipline among all abovementioned that is why you have to arrive therein after all the others of course if for you poker something more than just entertainment. I suggest you to start from 6max SNG $1.5 buy-in until you will get some ongoing upstreak (ITM). You can start to play with one table and then to increase the numbers of the tables up to 3 (depending on how it will be comfortable for you but not more than 3). IMHO $1.5 buy-in on condition of 10$ deposit it is good formula to appreciate the game itself, think much and play careful every hand. As i said already when you will catch upstreak you can move to 6max SNG $3 buy-in.
Failing fast with you first deposit you MUST come to an analysis of your game. And when you will take this lesson you can return to the game from begining.
Good luck.
