It depends. You haven't given enough info like your cards, stack sizes, preflop action, raise sizes, how aggressive your opponents are and how good they are, whether the board is paired or not, tournament or cash game etc etc etc etc

Your chances of hitting your flush by the river are 36% so you are going to be underdog a lot of the time.

same colour or same suit?

are you playing with a 4 colour deck? diamonds are green clubs are blue spades and hearts are black and red?

In not then you may be mixing something up here.

how new are you to poker?

No to sound patronising, if this isn't the case then i apologise for presuming.
in a normal deck hearts and diamonds are red and spades and clubs are black
Having 5 cards of the same colour is not the same as having a flush.

A flush is 5 cards of the same suit.

Sorry if this is patronising, but ive seen many many new players make this mistake so when you say 2 colours i naturally assume you mean 2 cards the same colour not 2 the same suit.

if not then Micromachine is right. we need more info. hitting the 5th card to a flush is 36% so the right decision depends on your stack, his stack and the pot size. In general if you are getting 2/1 on you money and the bet is a small enough part of your stack then you're good to call. If not then you can fold happily.

definitely need some more info here ... like all the players info ... stack sizes , how many people left if its a tourney... but a pro once told me the key to a good grindis to find a reason to fold not a reason to call!

I would fold, chances are one of the other guys have something like two pair, or trips. So you don't have all the outs you think you have.

It would also depend on how high your flush hand would be if it got made. Always decide using the worst case scenario as your main factor in determining how to play a hand.
If your flush would be less than 8 high - FOLD
Anything higher I would probably call, but like others said; there are many factors to consider on any hand. Knowing the other players tendencies is the most valuable info of all regardless of what cards you hold.

This is a great question to make a point about tournement poker with. The reason others have told you we need more information is, there can be different answers to this question depending on the situation.

Let's say you have the largest stack and neither of the two opponents has more than 1/4 of the chips you have. In this case it might be a call.

Now let's say that it is the first hand of a tournement you saved up money all year to afford the buy-in for. Let's also say that the chips in the pot only add up to 300 and you have 9900 in your stack. In this case it isn't a snap call, it probably should be a fold.

Those are the polar opposites and there can be any situation in between.

There is also the question of whether you wish to gamble or play smart poker. If it is a freeroll and another starts in a few minutes then it could be a good time to gamble.
