I don't think because you bet and get a better hand to fold is considered a bluff, I'm sure there are plenty of times when people bet for value with a worse hand and get the better hand to fold.

Representing could definitely be bluffing.
In my definition I would say betting a hand thinking/knowing the hand can not win the pot if called. So in other words if you are betting a weak hand for value you are not bluffing if you have the better hand or not.
Also if you are betting a strong hand with the intentions of getting a stronger hand to fold would be a bluff
Ex. you have KQ board A-K-2-3-5 If you bet with the intentions of getting villain to fold an A it is a bluff even though you have 2nd pair (Turning our pair of Kings into a bluff), If you bet with the intentions of villain calling with a weaker hand not a bluff.
Edit: I thought the show one rule was if you showed one player your hole cards you had to show all the players and not iif you show one card you have to show both or it might be both now that I really think aout it.. Ugh Daniel Negreanu complains about so many things I can't remember the rules anymore!!
