I believe I will go with the stronger hand here. If there's no broadway cards on the 5 card board AT wins approx 60%-40% there. Why are you asking btw? :p

With the A 10 is very difficult to hit the flop, and with K, Q a lot more hits on my game. This hand is A, 10, I often take off with agressive players in any position !!!

Thank you for reply. I asked because I have won several times with K,Q

Thank you for reply. The best answer.

A10 this is my opinion

Thank you for reply. Each with his opinion. I appreciate it.

They are both borderline hands for me. A lot depends on the stage of the game and stack to blinds ratio. Late in the game with a low m I like them both. Anytime in late position I like them if there are no raisers. More prone to push with A 10, with low m. Overall A 10 is the better hand for me, KQ just looks more colorful.

Depends on how many players are in, if only a few A 10 all the way, but if a lot I would prefer a KQ

If its suited I would prefer A10 but off suit it would be KQ. Its better connected for straights and getting paid by hitting top pair. A10 on a Axx board is not as strong as KQ on a Qxx. But just my opinion haha

PPT puts KQ slightly better for full ring and significantly worse for 3 handed play. PPT ranks KQ and AT as the same for 6 max.

Caro ranks KQo as better than ATo off vs many opponents and vs few opponents.

If I'm on the button and someone has raised the blinds, with no other players, I'll happily push it with either A 10 or K Q. But if three others have seen it, I'm less likely to jump in with a KQ than with A10. With a KQ and more than one opponent, you know that someone is going to have a decent pair or A with decent second card.
If I go all in with K Q and there is more than one other player at the table I'm asking to get killed. The odds of someone having AK, or AQ, or AA or KK are much higher with lots of players of course. If I have A10 I have a much better chance against multiple players than if I have KQ. That's how I think, anyway.
Yes, A 10 is the higher statistical hand. But there are extra outs for a straight, and if you hit it then you're kicking ass. Just watch for your straight to your king when someone with AK will have the higher straight.

I prefer KQ, easier to play if the flop has an ACE, opponent bets,сI can fold, A T, it seems that the hand the strong and weak the same time. Me difficult to make the right decisions

In my personal experience KQ preferable. But the A10 and with KQ do not play often, consider that these arms problem in most cases

The A-10 or K-Q is the marginal hands in poker, because I would have thought about if I should call a raise on such cards. If they are suited, I would have responded the call and came to flop. If they are offsuit, I wouldn't have to make a call, being in a bad position.
For example, if I play K-Q (offsuit) and on the Board come K-4-2 - I find myself in a difficult position if the opponent has one of three combinations. He may have a pair of aces, set of kings or a pair of kings (as I have) — but he will also have an ACE kicker.
It is important to remember with problem hands, that you cannot invest a lot of money in the pot before the flop. You should try to play them in the pot as cheaply as possible.

Of course Q and K. They both premium cards. Ace with a 10, I even sometimes raise with other players throw.

Probably a wash, AT plays better as pre-flop, specially in 3-bet/4-bet bluff scenarios, since you block few combos of AA, AK, AQ. KQ plays best post-flop, you only get outkicked by AK or AQ and have a more polarized conectivity to the flop - you flop good or you flop crap, no middle ground to leak your money.

How often do you feel like you have to hero call AT and how often you feel you have to hero call with KQ? That's it.
