It's best to keep things simple with one word that describes their play style.
It could be "bluffer" or "caller" or "weak" Something that is not "Oh, he raised 5x with AK from the CO at blinds 25/50"
That note really doesn't help future situations much. Instead, "Riases big with big hand" mgiht be a better note. I also use ? in my notes. so if i have a note that i suspect is true but it's not confirmed i will put a ? on it.
So for the note above, lets say i saw my opponant raise 5x with AK, i'd put the note as "raises big with big
hands??"
Once i see it more or confirm it somehow i'll remove the ?? and it's now a note.
So anyways, be less specific with notes and more about general play styles or flat out dead reads on how they play certain range of hands.
If you have a tracker most of the notes you describe will be covered in your HUD, however without that it's certainly good to have as many notes as possible.
