I prefer to discuss my hands with friend and that way everyone can give his opinion, if the hand is played correct or I have made a mistake.

I review each session and write down in a journal of how I thought I played that day. I also watch twitch streamers to see what they would do with the same cards and so on.

I look over my hand history and analyze where i made bad decisions and study my opponents for loose calls. I also watch a lot of training videos and read training articles online as well as watch twitch.

first watch how a pro plays and learn to play more like him. then on bovada you can see what everyone folded when you watch the hand history 24 hours after the game ended. very useful

I spend a lot of time just studying my own hand histories in PT and running filters. Training videos, books, coaching, strat forums, discussing hands with other (winning) poker players are also all good ways to improve.

I'm working with a coach, it really helps to parse errors.

I only review my lost hands and try to find out what was my mistake and why I thought that my hand was worth playing or why I thought that I had the better hand.

When I first started playing Poker, I used to call with almost any hand that had a J+ card, without considering if the second card was -6.

Now, after 6 years of playing poker, I check how many Out I have in the Pre-Flop to have the perfect game to win it.

With this two sentences, I do believe that my Poker Knownledge have grow a lot!

I love to have a tourney on youtube while I'm playing a freeroll. It gives me inspiration. I tell my husband I'm in the clubhouse :)

I watch successful pro's on twitch. If you watch long enough you are going to see all the situations you find yourself in, only viewed through the eyes of the pro. You get to see their thought process in the same situations you find yourself in and it in my case it helps me to reevaluate my own thoughts on situations and make adjustments in some cases.

Study material

I prefer to discuss my hands with friend and that way everyone can give his opinion, if the hand is played correct or I have made a mistake.

Study through videos , coachs , websites , discussion forums , books , tips of my favorite players...

I am posting study links of poker! :)
