What do you do to be able quickly estimate percentage of range?

I was trying estimate percentage of range,but i am not able make it quickly enough .I use predefined percentage of ranges in desire to make my percentage of range estimations quicker :
2.5% QQ+,AKs,AKo
4.5% TT +, AQs +, AQo +
12% 22+,AJs+,KJs+,AJo+,KJo+
17%22+,A2s+,KTs+,QTs+,JTs,T9s,98s,87s,76s,65s,54s,43s,AJo+,KQo
20%22+,ATs+,KTs+,QTs+,JTs,T9s,98s,87s,76s,65s,54s,ATo+,KTo+,QTo+,JTo

When i see range,for exemple 55+,A7s+,K9s+,QTs+,J9s+,T9s,98s,A9o+,KQo my thought process is hmm this range looks similar like my 12% predefined range,
without 22,33,44(-1,5)
without KJo (-1),
plus ATo, A9o (+2)
plus ATs, KTs, QJs, QTs, JTs (+1.5)
plus A9s,A8s,A7s,K9s,J9s,T9s,98s(+2)

12-1,5-1+2+1,5+2=15% range

But still my thought process takes so much time.

I want to ask:

1.Are there any problems with my thought process and what is your thought process,when you estimate percentage of range?

2.Are there any others percentage of ranges,which are worth to remember?

There are many tools and softwares you can use for calculating this stuff, but i think there are no significant difference between many ranges and you can learn and remember equity of ranges in time
