Hello guys,

I will be depositing 250$ as my bankroll. Below are my options..

1. Deposit 125$ on Full Tilt and 125$ on pokerstars playing 2NL for both sites.
2. Play 5NL in either Pokerstars or Full tilt full time.

I have deposited 20$ before and tried the games that I want to play. I can be profitable at 1.5$ ST SNGs but I find it too slow. I tried 5NL 6-max and liking the feel of it. I also tried 6-max 2NL and i think I can also play with it well but find it too slow also. I tried 1.5 Heads-Up and liking it too. All these are in Pokestars site. I haven't tried Full Tilt but as of the moment I really like the feel of 5NLon Pokerstars.

I tried the freerolls in Fulltilt and find it easy. I have cashed out 3 times on them.

Would you think that FullTilt is easier and I should play there using half of my money or full time there should be a good choice. Pokerstars is somewhat hard but I like it because of more options and rewards plus I want to improve my game.

My specialty is ST SNGs but i would like to switch to cash games.

I would be happy to hear your thoughts on this?

Option 1, and what do you mean by too slow? Like profits or action? Either way the solution is to add more tables.

You just should play at more high limits because there are not limpers there.Limpers play with 57 and catch full house (flop).

I think you should focus more on what good you are, say you like the sit and gos then tries to learn what more you can, the most important is handling banrkoll, peinso than 100 (buy-ins) in low limit is well by fences up boundary is up (buy-ins) since it gets more difficult the more high than buying when you go to sits 7 dollars about having 150 (buy-ins) to the risk of losing your bankroll is minimal, this is the most important thing I can recommend!

Cash games online tend to be so volatile - 250 is enough to really grind the smaller buy in mtt's and not have to worry about variance. Then when you have a good week take a shot at a bigger buy in tourney one of the sunday events and maybe bink a big score. Be patient and the results will happen.

High limits or no, I saw the same thing happens also,as a matter of fact, 3-4 BB pre-flop raise with pair of Kings can easy be swallowed by hands like 2-7off.

as alternative-u can try turbo or hyper turbo sng, to make your BR stronger ( like 600$+ ) and then play middle buy-in tournaments or NL 10+

Have you got any proof that these are beatable easily? I think the variance is huge and to make an ROI% of 2-5% is pretty amazing and probably tough to sustain!?

I would totally agree that it will not be too slow, however it will teach bad habits the game is a lot tighter and laying down AK or QQ is probably profitable 100+ BB deep pre flop to a 4 bet when in reality that is not ideal outside of zoom!?

I prefer option 1.

You can also pair your FT and PS account together for you to transfer money vice versa.

never forget to see where you stand on playing levels fundamentally. i would say follow the bankroll stairway. google image search.. itll explain when to step forward and went to step back. im gonna start over and when my time come to bankroll , im going to try the stairway to bankroll. it seems legit and safe

For cash ring games: You should be buying in at 100BB with 30 buyins in your cashier for 6NL. 20 buyins for full ring. You could be buying in at the minimum as well if you think you can win at a higher level. It will take you longer to show profits if you are buying in at the minimum buyin. I always deposit again if I know it is variance, so I won't have to drop levels. Cashier for 150 would be 5NL short ring but would not be enough for 10NL full ring.

if you're profitable at a particular game, thinking a game is too slow is a terrible way of thinking. multi table if you need to, but to avoid it because it's too slow is ridiculous. if you're comfortable playing in cash ring games, i'd definitely start there, but don't go away from sngs and mtts if you're successful at it. the goal is to build your bankroll past your initial 250 deposit.

I choose a variety of games and limits. Then if I have a bad luck streak, I can try different games to avoid losing it on tilt.

This advice is backwards. You want to play with people that limp 75o no matter which stake you play.
