I was three months without playing poker, why was not happy with my past results, I was just keeping my bankroll without profits and "losses". I am currently 150 negative dollars, if we stop to analyze is not much. So I had a decision to to study, read, share opinions, learn from those who have more experience than me. I intend to return the tables this week.
this time I've been stopped read 5 books, had some coach with friends near and I think I'm prepared to back. initially I will start from 0 playing freerolls and everything goes.

Dear friend, ill tell you what you shouldnt do when you are on tilt. This is something i HAD done about 5 years back in 2010 when i was new to online poker. I was 30 years old, young ambitious and confident about my math skills. I had already made good money in stocks so i thought poker would be easy. At this stage i played on full tilt which was essentially a ponzi site at the time (earlier management). I made a series of deposits in the range of $100 to $200 to earn back what i had lost playing above my bankroll with bad bankroll management (which is a sure way of going broke). I played limit holdem $3/$6 tables. Dont make the same mistake i had made then, never chase your lose it doesnt usually work. Go very slow and steady, freerolls, micro stakes etc, follow bankroll management, and always bet what you can afford to lose, which fortunately i did. It can get ugly if you are not wise and prudent.

Just be patient and never try to play when you feel on tilt. Rest a little, week or month, it will be better.

If youre tilt, just stop. Have to protect your BR.

Playing with emotions can wipe your entire BR in a snap.

Dont chase things. Poker will always be there.

heh, playing on tilt is my everyday thing. I used to play poker online, had some sucess, than everytime i bust all money very quick. I do not recomend building bankroll on freerolls. Lots of idiots playing, it just increases tilt.

If you feel strong enough, cash in for 50$, start plaing small stakes STN or cash and try to build up. Good luck dude

Hello my friend :)
When you're on tilt don't play as a lot of players already told to you 1- 2 weeks depends when you will feel that you're already ready to play the best , and possitive game.
When I am on tild I am going to play futbol with my friends , and I am trying to not think about poker these days.
Thanks!

Just stop when you notice you tilt. It is all about the mindset you have.
DO not get upset about any loss, if you do quit.
When I loose about 4 buy ins I quit and start fresh another day and it works.
Usually I top up my buy ins next time and go from there

It's simple, don't tilt then look at your next hand, there is nothing you can do about the previous hand.

When I'm on tilt most of the time i stop for the rest of the day or two. but then I might just keep playing because I mostly play in the free rolls. If I stop playing for a day or two I'll be playing games online like world of tanks to get me calm down from all the bad beats.

Just being relax and confident. Don't be too angry or too aggressive.

My favorite cure for tilt is winning a big hand. A freeroll bankroll creation is possible, good luck.

think the best thing to do for tilt is to study your game and play more games
