people are sick on this forum, I'll help you out bro.

if someone see's this and I'm blatantly wrong then say something!

TAGs tend to be about 10-15? and their PFR is slightly less.

nit's will be less than this, anything under 8 over a significant sample is a nit at FR imo.

Great help there from All In. You should get yourself Poker Stove, its a great little program that can help you with hand ranges and equity and percentages, and best of all, its free!

http://www.pokerstove.com/

Play around with it to your hearts content and I bet before long, you will be telling others what is considered to be the opening raise % of a nit.

I agree.

Something like a 15/10 or the like is too predictable IMO, especially when you get to the higher levels.. Players at higher levels put you on ranges more accurately, can play marginal situations better, pre-flop aggression is increased (4 and 5 betting light), etc. The better players will play back at you with a wider range than yours, which will force you to widen your range as well. Which means you can't just play a 15/10 and win.

Just my opinion though.

I haven't played higher than .25nl But I know you can crush .25nl with 15/10 stats. 15/10 is just a range doesn't say how agg you play or how often you 3bet or 4bet back at the aggressive players.:)
