Friends I want to ask you for understanding, and if you have the same experience, share with me what you did?
I play quite a lot already and studied at poker stars schools. We meet with friends and play offline poker. we play about 6-7 hours and that's the mystery. In the first 3-4 hours I collect the largest or almost the largest stack,
and for 2-3 hours left, I lose everything. I'm doing the same thing, but for some reason, already 5 meetings have been going on the same way.

you can become predictable for others, it can come the fatigue that makes you do things a little bit different , others can raise the level of your game with time

In your case, you are certainly predictable for them, always try to change your playing style.

"In the first 3-4 hours I collect the largest or almost the largest stack,
and for 2-3 hours left, I lose everything."

This is typical for every player there is, for most the reason is that you just run out of functioning brain capacity and start thinking weirdly. Battle tiredness. Things to make it better a) remember to eat well, during game too, bad blood sugar makes you zombie b) remember to be in good physical condition c) practice longer periods little by little (like practicing to run a marathon) d) remember to have breaks, and move around to make sure you bloods is running fine. e) no alcohol, but remember to drink water

Second most common reason is that you are a big fish and get lucky at the start, then finally skill prevails.

Third common reason is that you are optimistic person and only remember last 5 times, and forget all the bad starts, 4 times before, so variance.
