Want to learn about "fold equity" concept (bluff equity?)

I have seen people mention something about bluffing where if they fold X% of the time, it is worth bluffing, etc. The trade-off b/w getting called on your bluff vs. taking the pot b/c they fold. Some sort of ratio, like if they fold 25% of the time, it's worth bluffing. Or something like that.

Can someone point me to a link where I can learn about this,
