I've played poker for fun for a while with friends and really enjoy the game. I've always been interested in playing online at micro/low stakes and going to my local casino once or twice a month for a live tournament. Been looking at joining the Upswing Poker Lab and working my way through the modules to improve my game. I intend to study everyday between 1-2hrs.

Was looking at any feedback from users of the Upswing Poker Lab or previous users.

If I could maybe get a list of all the Pro's and Con's it will help my decision on whether to sign up to it.

Also any information of other training sites would be greatly appreciated. I have researched a few and Upswing is tending to pop up the most.

Thanks In Advance

Upswing poker lab seems to be one of the best out there Doug Polk and company are some of the best coaches out there. I would suggest you download some of the free stuff they have and read some of the free resoruces that they offer on there site. They have a lot of stuff for free on there before you even have to pay I would use that before you start paying for there stuff. If you like there free stuff then you'll definitely like there paid stuff.

I enjoy much of Doug's YouTube stuff and think much the same as the others. That he's a good player and a good coach, but upswing seems really pricey for me. I think you have to already be a pretty serious player (or have a lot of disposable cash) for it to make sense.

Doug have some nice free videos, but sometimes his play is too risky especially on draws where he tends to go all in. I hope his paid stuff is better, but i guess it only applies to higher stakes. For micro usually solid straight-forward poker is a better winner.
