I have recently started to watch Twitch Poker, I used to play poker as a recreational.

I am learning to understand plays and position from the regulars on Twitch and try to understand why they play different moves etc;

Any recommendations on quality streamers to watch?

I sometimes watch Twitch Poker when messages come to me that it will stream, but you may not be interested in how I subscribed to Ukrainian streamers, good luck to you so that you can find good streamers to understand the plays and position on Twitch's streamers!

IrEgption, Courtiebee, and Killingbird are the three that I tend to watch semi-regularly. Each is different with respect to the poker talk/general entertainment mix.

Watching the poker stream can not learn the game. It is impossible to understand why and for what the streamer is doing something. The streamer starts from its strategy based on the strategy of the opponent, etc. You can recommend PokerPro Streamers. However, you need to consider the limits that they play.

For tournament play I'd recommend:
pokerstars
Spraggy
Lex Velduis
Tonkaaaap
AllinPav

All good players with a ton of experience, talk through some of the more difficult spots and are fun to watch.

For german people I recommend xflixx! Nearly every day he is reviewing hands from his community.

Think its a great way to learn and worst case you see how people are playing the games.

I would recommend Jason Somerville on Runitup tv. He doesn't always sgream but the videos in twitch with him and other pros casting major events like Aussir Millions help me improve a lot.

You should look for the same buy-in tournament player, then watching Twitch is useful to you :icon_thum

Lex Veldhuis is an entertaining stream. Bparispoker is another solid stream. Jason Summerville when he’s on is solid too.

I do not advise you to become a twitch fun! 1st -- usually they are regulars and playing a lot of tables and not big bets. Just imagine - they play 3-4 tables, reading twitch chat, answer the questions... Whats the result? They lost their concentration and not playing their A game. They playing extra standard! ABC poker or not ABC but like robots))) You need to go deeply into the psychology of the poker. That twitch streams could n teach you. It's just a show. They need attention, donation, advertising -- its the type of people who are the showmen. Demonstrate type of personality. But poker it s not about that. You can be anonymous and win all the time. Your opponents think that you are the donkey and they are on the top? )) PERFECT! Use it)))

Poker it s not about who is a showman and who is on the top

Poker is about making money)

Thank you, would be good if I could understand Russian. :(

There is only 1 Australian streamer I watch and thats All in PAV, when he is on his game he does really well, I recommend him. He's part of the reason I have started to take interest again.
Use to watch Staples brothers, Jason Somerville and Kmart etc;

See thats the thing, I don't have a paticular game that I play either cash or tourney atm, online poker in Australia is banned. I am able to play at the casino and pubs and clubs but find the games really slow and unable to multitable.

Cheers thank you, I replied to a previous post mentioning that I used to watch Kmart and the Staple brothers, very thorough in the content they provided. As viewer no direspect to streamers, I think the problem is that they are playing too many tables ( I know they want to provide quality content) and they are switching to and fro at early stage and its hard to keep up, especially if your are watching their game play. It's a different story nearing there end game as they might be 1 tabling or 2 tabling and you get to understand why plays are made and the reasoning behind them.

I have subscribed to IRgption his results are improving, and other free video content you recommend.
