without any other info all i can say is that it is very possible, if you ad some more info you might get more precise answer...
for starter what was the buy in, what was the blind structure?
More players, the less likely you will finish higher. Too much added variance and land mines to dodge. This is why the WSOP main event has so many unfamiliar faces every year run deep.
I think these 2 points should be noted and taken into account...Yet DrazaFFT you had asked what the buy-in to the said game was, does that make a big difference? Their are multiple satellites on stars to bigger buy-in games and yet the fields to those bigger buy-in games are still none-the-less soft, (EG) Sunday Million/Warm-up &ETC..My point is that because a game is much higher in terms of buy-in doesn't necessarily make it much better players, now their are exceptions to this rule the WCOOP main event buy-in 25k (I think that's the buy-in for it, I could be mistaken)...
i finish in first 100 people in the big turnaments ( 10000) and i can't go in the mony in 360 people tuenaments...how is possible???
I wonder how you could make it so far. I always looses at the beginning till middle stage of the big tournements. I think that it is much more difficult to run deep in a big tournement than in a small ones. The reason is just because the big tournements regularly have fast blind levels and I always get sucked out. I was not once at the final table in a Pokerstars freeroll, but I was often at final tables at Carbon Poker or any other site with not as big tournements as at Pokerstars. Just wonder how you make it so far with fast blind levels.
