I thought I knew the answer to this, but maybe I am wrong.

When you buy into a tournament, where is your buy in going. What I mean is:
$10+$1 for example, I thought the $10 went to the prize pool and the $1 went to the casino/card room.
But I got a little confused looking at full tilts $0.00+$0.10, so I thought maybe I should ask.

That $0.00+$0.10 is probably the $1000 guarantee re-buy tournament on full tilt. With re-buys being at $0.50 each. In this kind of tournament the prize pool will be at least $1000 no matter how much money full tilt receives from the players of this tournament. If the amount of money received from this tournament exceeds $1000, then full tilt will add more money to the prize pool I believe.

FT offer this as a a guarenteed pot. There is no entry fee just the rake which is $0.10. They have already put the pot up so all the rake goes to them.
