Personally I don't value AQs and AJs over AK. For similar reasons I value AQ over ATs, KQs, and KJs.

Most of the list is fine although I would put AJ, 88, and possibly 77 ahead of QJs.

In tournaments all of the unpaired hands besides AK have similar all-in equity so they are usually played somewhat conservatively unless shortstacked.

In cash games hands like KQs, KJs, and QJs are worth a lot less because they are most likely going to play as drawing hands. I'm about as excited to see QJs as AXs in cash games (i.e. I'm probably going to be calling and folding unless playing against a maniac).

Yeah I would agree with the person above, it all depend on table position etc. However, if we are just talking about it generally, then yes i agree that those are the top 15 hands!

Hand strength allows you to define the number of players in the game. If you just many players voluntarily put money in the Bank, you should assume that they do it with strong hands.
However, this is less likely when playing one-on-one. For example, a pair of aces is a very strong hand against one player, however, when several opponents its value is greatly reduced
