I had the same problem. I started to re watch every hand played on table what ops playes what they raise how they play big pairs or monsters, after doing this a while now i can see when to fold to a reraise (losse less chips) call reraise ( take from donks chips)

Another thing that might help is having some other hobby that you can derive confidence from.. Hopefully, you have one thing that you're really amazing at, and can focus on doing that whenever you're feeling like poker isn't going so well.

I have had the same lately... had some better results tonight... Sometimes you will hit bad runs in Poker... If you are a good player then it will turn around eventually... just keep at it... take a break perhaps ? I did... losing streaks are annoying but inevitable... Stay Positive !

My advise to you is to calm down, relax, go watch some movie and after setting up your mind, go play heads up game. Win that easy and your confident should be raised. After go play spin and go, 3 player. or go 6 max sit and go (3 double ups) and later you can go back on track in big tournaments.

You have to honestly decide if you are losing because you are making mistakes or if you are suffering bad beats.
