i think you have to read some books "play poker like the pros" "poker math made easy" "harrington on holdem" "poker tournament one hand at a time" for videos you can search out on youtube there's a lot of interesting vids. post your hand history and questions here on the forum you'll get a lot of help.

4 top tips by poker masters

1. Observe your opponents.
2. Bet wisely and watch your money
3. Take your time... you are not a pro yet
4. Know when to fold, and when to stay in.

Remember:
Poker is a game of chance, but you can always beat the odds in your favor by studying your opponents, by being smart with money and betting, and by thinking through your decisions.
Above all. play smart and you will notice a great increase in poker winnings

I think the best way to start is to read some books. Poker by the book is a good choice for beginning. You can also watch video-tutorials, read guides. There are a lot of programs that can help you to increase your skills, like leakbuster or any others.
