Any sure fire ways to determine who is on tilt on your online table?

Is it someone who is frequently raising the pot preflop and then folds at the flop if someone bets at him?

Is it the chat box spewing?

Is it the multiple all ins?;)

Any input is appreciated

In my opinion:
All in preflop after losing a big hand.
Cursing and harrassing in chat.
Going all in against all odds out of position after he got reraised the hand before and folded.
All in the hand after being sucked out on.

Yep..that will do it...

especially the harrasing and the all in with a short stack after losing a big hand

actually I agree with all of these...I just hate when someone calls their all in before me when I have a decent hand but not a monster...gl

Usually anyone spewing garbage in the chat after losing any hand. And just because someone goes all in after losing a big hand doesn't mean they are tilting. They may be tilting but they may have a hand. I know a lot of times after losing a big hand I will see a great hand the next deal. Multiple allins usually means they are trying to get lucky and chip up early on. If they go all in repeatedly after a big beat or suckout chances are they are tilting.

All these indicators are trustworthy, if the player you think is on tilt is generally a poor player.

Very true - I think good players very rarely go on tilt anyway...:icon_cycl

You have to be very carefull after someone has lost a big hand and gos all in this don t mean there on tilt they could want you to think that and actualy have a good hand.Just today I watched as a player lost a big pot with a bad beat and went all in with the rest off his money eveyone folds around to me I have A high think he might be on tilt I call and lose to a much bigger kicker.Normaly would off folded my A rags but called because thought maby the other player was on tilt and hand nothing.

I've definitely used that in the past to my advantage. If I lose a big pot or get sucked out on, then get dealt a monster, I tend to play it fast. Instant action.

I've also got notes on players who will shove with any two cards the hand after losing 30%+ of their stack. That's a poker habit that needs to be culled. Some of my best finishes have been in games where I was crippled early. You're not done until someone takes ALL of your chips, so why give up before that?

i don't think looking for trends or tilts or any advantage works, i think you should just play the cards as they come, forget the last hand completely play the one your on. don't buy into the pot commited bs, just try and make the most profitable decision. i think it is our ego's that make us push the call button when we know we are beat. tilts, hot seats, bursts of momentary luck all seem to happen, but why are you in the pot in the first place if you don't have great cards.
