This is really the best answer imo.
If you are tilting then leave the table.
To avoid future tilt try to get a better understanding of the variance involved in poker, and use strict bankroll management. Tilt is can also be the result of being results oriented and wanting to win every hand. A big step for me was learning to be happy when I played a hand well, even if I lost it.
