What kind of cards are strong to play for who is tight?

This is the first place depends on the position.. but range for open is AA-TT, AKs, AKo,AQs.. for 3bet or 4bet AA,KK,QQ,AKs. But position is very important for the decision! And of course no calls, only raise or fold
