There are several; but I think linking to them here is a violation of CC's terms. So I would suggest you google if you're not finding what you're looking for here in any forum.

However, there is a lot of good info right here on this site. Poke around a bit and ask some questions. And whatever you do, keep studying and practicing. Is there good site to learn poker

If you scroll to the top of this page, you'll see the header Poker Strategy near the left. Click on that and you'll have resources for how to learn poker, gain strategy, other games, beginner and intermediate topics, and everything you need to get started improving your game. Good luck!

I think the most effective way to learn to play poker is START PLAYING and make MISTAKES. Post those mistakes to hand analysis forum and learn by feedback. You NEED to make mistakes in order to improve.

I mean you're on a site that is fantastic for learning/developing.

If I was starting off though i'd probably just use YouTube.
