I have been thinking about forming a team to play, initially I have some friends who play at the same time and in the same place, consolidating a poker team that is a group of players that receive technical and financial assistance focusing on individual and collective evolution through Coaching, reviews, follow-up and exchange of experiences to, in a second moment, take the player to the professionalization. We have dozens of examples of players who started on a team and through the team solidified their careers. I hope to start an organized start by playing only freerolls, after a systemic analysis of the team we will leave for the second step that are the paid tables.
