Do you know what is the probablility of completing a strong badugi when you have to change one card? lets say that you have A355. and you only have to change a 5. Whats the probability of getting a 2,4,6 or 7 so complete a decent badugi?

In a game of Badugi is very important to closely monitor the behavior of the enemy, because among the highest in Badugi poker games, the probability of a bluff the players. Imagine that the opponent has not replaced their cards and stayed in the game to raise rates. What does this mean? There are two possibilities - either he had a winning hand or a player is bluffing.

I believe that in badugi there is more variance than in holdem. It could be a bluff game, because it is really difficult to make a strong badugi, so if you see that a player doesn't change cards and raises and reraises, and he does it oftenly, you know he is bluffing in most of them, because it is really difficult to make a strong badugi. I say that even a 3-card A23 is a good hand, in case you see your opponent is changing hands

4 card of four different colours neither the same (pocket).
Relatively hard to achieve. Any badugi is good but the smaller the better.
Is a frustrating game when you have 2,3,5,6 badugi and someone calls your raising an finaly he gets A,3,4,6 badugi.

Badugi is slightly different than other poker variants in the fact that information is very limited. In holdem and omaha we share community cards, in stud and drawing games 4 cards are dealt face up, so lots of info is there. So the skill of reading opponents comes more into play here. I would like to give some pointers here
1. Preflop criteria - In drawing games players tend to play all sorts of hand in hope of improving. This is the biggest mistake in badugi too. Play hands where you need 1 card to improve.
2. Gamble - Dont gamble all your chips on draws.
3. Position - Position is even more significant in badugi. Remember info is limited so your action is the only info you are giving to your opponents. Use it in position and you can win pots with any holding.
4. Table dynamics - Analyze your opponents and your table image. Undersatanding their tendencies will improve your success in the game

this isnt really the case with limit badugi... bluffing is much harder there
