One table or multi table when still a losing player

Can anyone say if it is better to single table or multi table, in respect of getting some experience for a loosing player 6 months in to the game.

well 1 tbl you can get a better read on opponents- providing you know what to look for and how to adjust
multi tables make it easier not to be bored and play less than premium hands
I prefer at least a few tbls

post some HHs here or ask some questions on hands that have lost you most
maybe we can find a flaw/tell you have

folded the set, possible flush- which sux
tough fold, maybe shoulda reraised flop you still had outs for fullhouse too...

Are you saying I should have re raised villain's 900 raise or raised before he had a chance for example to bluff the flush hand for myself ?

Just to let you guys know me and villain got to 1st and 2nd spot on the final table later in the same 40 man sit n go. He beat me, I had 77 Heads Up and jammed, and villain called with T 4 s and made a set of 444s.

I think the fold here is ok. Although if you jam, depending on stacks of course, you have outs to the boat
