I know that even taking bad beats if we play "right" in the long run let's be winners .. I know all those things, but even then I was entering tilt, but I created a method of how to overcome this and it has worked very well. As I know that there are also people with this same problem I decided to post this method here, maybe I can also help someone.
Create a file, it can be in the notepad, and write "5 minutes", always after a session if you have not entered tilt you decrease 1 minute, when there is only 1 minute left in the notepad you should go decreasing from 10 in 10 seconds .. if you have entered tilt during the session you should increase 5 minutes for every mistake you made because of the tilt.
These minutes are going to be the time you should focus before you start a session .. you will not want to spend a lot of time concentrating before you start a session, so you will struggle not to get tilt .. and moreover , This is going to be a separate competition, you will want to feel able to get your time bank to zero, so you will do your best not to go into tilt.
