Playing online cash 30nl, I am +7-8 bb/100 over 70k hands, I am only able to play minimally like 1 hour morning 1 hour night, I take studying seriously but only really listen to audiobooks, Sky Matsuhasi postflop poker I am on now, it’s awesome and really gets you using the HUD, I feel like I’m dealing with variance in my game right now, when this happens I always go back and second guess anything I know, how do you know when you are running bad or making mistakes, or if how you play out the hand post flop is profitable, I’ve been apart of Red Chip Poker and other training sites and plenty of books but I feel like it is for all the basics and need a deeper understanding of pre flop adjustments vs. player types/ post flop play with my range of hands, how to plug my leaks using software, I want to be able to play part-time/ full time, 3 years of learning from books and self discovery is hard, joined training sites to get videos that are free online and no type of actual help.
Is there any type of group on here that wants to learn at a faster pace together? Not like 2000 people learning to not open 7-2o

How do I know what I am doing right? Or doing wrong?

I am profitable all the way around in Live I have a soft Club to play at 30 ppl tourney and Top 3 in 7/10 and in the 1/3 game I am +800 over 6 sessions
I don’t know where I am at as a player but I want to find out how far I can go

If you search for study groups you can find that the old ones have 'dried up'. There is one 'active' group but even that seems to go off-topic quite a lot.

You are more than welcome to start a study group of your own, simply by starting a thread in the Learning Poker area: https://www.cardschat.com/forum/learning-poker-57/

You may want to ask yourself if a study group is a preferable way for you to learn? What do you expect from it? Different people view study groups in a different way.
