STR8 Flush - Omaha or Hold'em?

At party poker one of the missions is to obtain a straight flush and you have the choice of playing the Hold'em and Omaha cash games to nail it.

Is there a calculation that anyone has done that proves the advantage of playing Omaha vs NL to obtain this straight flush?
