I've played on and off for a few years, never took my game as seriously as I should have. I'd like to get back into it to make money while I am in school.
I checked my Stars account and have $265. So I'll play $2.50 180s and build from there. I have Holdem Resources Calc and Holdem 2.
How do I begin building my game from scratch? I'm not sure where to begin but want to be successful this time. Any advice appreciated.
Looking forward to lots of interesting strategy discussions.

Sounds like you have a pretty good handle on poker. I'll let you in on a little secret, the game has not changed in the last few years. The competition has gotten a little better online. My best advice is to get back to the tables, and start playing. With the software that you have, you'll be able to know were your flaws are.
