It's hard to fold preflop holding any pairs against 2BET-4Bet knowing that the chances of hitting a set is a huge advantage.

Basically any pair has the same chance to flop a set....mathematically.
Though, if we're gonna see a flop with our pair and we don't hit our set , it's pretty obvious a pair of 9 has more chance to still be ahead than a pair of deuces.

Also, it has happened to me many times, that I've made a set with my 2's and then been up against someone who made set 9's.

So, although the odds of getting a set is the same no matter what starting pocket pair, the chance of winning with these sets is higher with higher pocket pairs, and is much higher win rate when you've missed your set.

If you hit the flop two major cards your small pair give up if they hit the crack bet and bring a re-raise pay. On the river if you are sure of victory throw all your chips.

If it's at poker stars 4-4, I don't believe that their is a difference but 4-4 has flopped a set for me more than any other PP, and that is just at Stars.

It's easy to fold small-mid pairs against a 2b-4b if:

A. You aren't getting the implied odds to set mine
B. You're out of position with aggressive players still to act.

Other than that, every pair has the same odds of hitting a set.

the possibility is the same.
but I think AA is having the lowest chance, because AA will go against of the big Ace like AK, AQ it reduce the chance of hitting a set.

XXPXXP is right, Theoretically you'll have the same exact probability of flopping a set with any pocket pair, but since people are more likely to play high cards vs a raise, you'll run a higher risk of them having one of your cards if you have a big pair.

It's late and I'm tired, I may be wrong ;) but outs = 2 to flop a set.
