For starters, the $1 5k guarantee starting in a half hour since there will probably be some overlay. After that you could play 2.25 matrix if you like sng...the play in the $1 rebuys is really weak. I like the .50 rebuy for the double deuce, you can just take the T$ when you win. After you start winning I think there's a pretty good selection of tournaments at $3+, just have to watch out for rake on the lowest sngos.

...oh, and I don't know if you've seen yet. FT now has microcash games, so you can grind your way up there too. I'm starting with $12 today myself.

Could you make sense of your post please?

Do you want to try to get a $25 bankroll and want to know how to freeroll to that?

Or are you asking that you are about to deposit $25 and want to know what to do with it?

second one me thinks, but for OP, I think it really depends what game you are good at and prefer, also like D said try to watch out for rakeback since it can hurt you, unless you have rakeback :p

Sit and go's, low stake cash tables are always great to bankroll.

And as well the odd tournament is a good chance at winning top dollars.

If your trying to grind from $0 up play it out in as many free rolls as possible. If your depositing $25 low stakes tourneys and decent cash games are the way to go. Leave the cash game while your up and you will be fine.

winning some free rolls is not that hard but then keeping that bankroll is hard if you do not manage your bankroll well

do not play in tournaments with more than 5% of your bankroll. just remember that. if you lose a couple of sngs or tournaments in a row. take the rest of the day off and play tomorrow. this can be hard, but it is the only way to maintain a good bankroll.

imo the best way to build a bankroll is to play sngs. i only started with a $45 bankroll on fulltilt and would play the $2 sngs until i had $100 or so then i moved up to the $4 tier one sng and played for tokens after a week my roll was over $500.

if you have time - approximately 5 hours -

you can play the 2700 players tournaments. in this tournament you must have a Nerves of steel and a lot of free time.
I won in past 2$ in this tournament.

I think best thing to do is. Once you made something off freeroll, I would recommend playing in 0.00 + 0.10 $1000 guaranteed prize pool held everyday and play solid poker without rebuys. I just build my bankroll like that. I made 7 bucks off that tournament. Now I'll be starting from $1.25 sngs.

For FT, play the $0+.10 rebuy (without rebuying) as a complete nit until you have $10 or so. Then play the $2+.25 SnG while you have above $10 (if you go below $10, go straight back to the $0+.10). The $1+.25 is just terrible value because you lose 25% of your buy in (the entry fee).

An alternative is to play $2+.25 as soon as you have $2.25 and supplement that with any good valued freerolls you can find (CC freerolls are definitely some of the best in terms of value).

Finally, cash games is out of the question. You will lose your money so fast unless you are already an exceptional player. I started off at $0, and any money I made in freerolls was quickly lost in cash games but playing strictly SnG's has made my roll grow. Good luck!

The $2+.25 sng's are a good option if you have $25. There are FTP freerolls open to everyone almost every hour during the day, but you have to register in about 20 seconds after they open and play against 2699 other people for a small pot. Not a particularly good use of time, but they are free!
Private freerolls like CC do offer value in that the field is much more limited and pots are often bigger.

Depending on the type of player you are and what you have played alot in the past you want to stick with that... I tend to find that Tournments and Sit n Go's are the best way for me to win cash since i've played so many of them im use to starting with 1500 chips

I think whatever you do you should find some good information on bankroll management, there is probably something to be found on this site. Management is key to building your bankroll without risking(losing) your whole bankroll. Also if using bankroll management starting with a small roll like 10.00$ you should probably read up on "short-stack strategy"

Good Luck!

i would say that playing $2.25 18 man sngs with the occasional $3.30 k.o. 90 man would be a good way to start..depending on your style & aggro level ..i would also visit the new micro tables on tilt..they are full of fish with pennies to throw @ ya..
Bankroll management is key..as is knowing when to stop when yourrunning bad...
Best of luck & hope to play against U soon :)

To play any limit you need 30 buy-ins of that. for ex. to play 1$ sng's you need 30$. Otherwise play in the lower-cost tourneys

play only games $2.25 and under. $1.25 sngs are somewhat tedious and annoying so i would suggest playing the $2.20 9 and 6 person SNGs. Also you should try some MTTs. play the 16:05 6 handed $1, and the ferguson. 180 person $2.25 SNG.
good luck

If you only have $25 dollars, you shouldn't be playing any MTTs other than the 10 c. $1-2 SnGs are the way to go as they are really easy to cash in. I guess you could also try short-stacking micros, but I don't know much about that.

It depends on how good your poker is but I guess if you are starting out it is average at best. My advise is to play a few $2 SNG's with 9 players. The standard here is okay and the players take it seriously so even if you do not cash you will learn. Do not be tempted to play for higher stakes as it will end up putting you off.

i think you should start playing on small blinds until you get your bankroll bigger and would be enough to climb to a bigger blind and you should br tight if you want to build your bankroll up.

I think you should start off playing $1 9-18 players SnGs and then once you get about $50 you should buy in to tournaments that cost about $1 - $5 with a max of 1800 players and test your luck.
