Hello brothers and sisters. I am from California and am incredibly in love with poker. All aspects of it. I am 25 and working a part time minimum wage job. I find myself to have much more potential and talent. I want to take poker serious because of what it does for me and how it makes me feel. Money is nice but you can't build dreams from paper.

Where im going with this is what kind of suggestions and tips could you give me in order to change my life and do the things I want to do using poker online. I am currently playing on ACR freerolls until i can place. Any other ideas?

First of all: study! :)
Read books (for example: Polished poker by John A, forum member, try it, it's free!), post hands to have them analyzed, and participate in the community.
Secondly, if you're just starting, you should read up about bank roll management (https://www.cardschat.com/forum/learning-poker-57/building-a-baby-bankroll-181238/. Always have the discipline to stick to the limit defined by the bankroll that you have. Don't try to skip stages when growing into poker.

Be carefull about how you feel. If you treat poker as a place to escape the real world, it has the possibility to become an addiction. Take a break once in a while :)

This will be a crucial point in the beginning, getting rides his bankroll and then control it as well. It is always good to follow strictly control of your Bankroll, if not then will have great chance to always break without Bank. So discipline after building your Bank and essential.
