If you stick to BRM you should have 100 buyins for the level your playing at..so at 5nl you should have $500. not $40

100 buy ins stevie? Isn't that wayyyy too much?

@OP: Stick to some kind of bankroll management and problem solved. 30 buy ins for the level your playing should be plenty IMO.

Sorry your right i was thinking of MTT's 20 to 30 buyins for that level should be about right.

You lack self-discipline in terms of knowing you shouldn't add higher-stakes tables but doing it anyway. If you're like most people, you probably have areas in which your self-discipline is better, even a lot better. If you can figure out how and why this is so, you may be able to adapt the factors to improve in your problem area.

and the best thing you can do is get those 35 playing some sit and go or better play on lower stakes tables and play with concentration and patience

great advice guys thanks for sharing I definitely do this to and it's refreshing to know it's not so much that we are bad but that we lack the patience and discipline needed to play any stakes. Im going to take a break from the cash games for a while and start to concentrate more on my tournament skills.
