As you know , playing tournaments is so different than playing cash games.
In tournaments we have to use different strategies fro each phase of the tournamet.
I hope this information help you when you are playing some MTTs. Rememeber take this tips as a guide and not as something to be followed to the letter.

INITIAL LEVEL .
We have to think of :
GamePlan
Taking Risks
Limping and open Raising
Calling and 3 Betting.

I would like to know what is your opinion about of each of these topics.
I will write my tips and opinions and I would like to know yours.

I always come across this. Thank you for reminding me once again. For beginner poker players, this should be like dogma.

at the initial stage of the game, you need to play tight and watch your opponents. approximately based on the seen hands to represent their spectrum opening equalization of 3 bet. and play from your opponent

If you are playing deep stack your strategy can vary depending on your image and how is your table. You have to build your image the early stages to exploit it later.
It is right to play tight at the beginning , but you have to build your ranges and start exploiting your opponent tendencies.

In the initial stages you can play tight, aggressive and in position, once you have a considerable stack of chips you can try to play with ideal suites or connectors to knock down those who think they win with the top pair.

Don not forget to apply things such as:
Set mining
Rule of 5 and 10

Playing as the PFR

Playing as the Preflop Raiser .
Here we should have at least one of these goals:
1)Value Bet.
2) Protection
3) Bluffing.

C-Bet 25-50% of the pot.

When you are bluffing and you got called on the flop, you must consider betting on later streets when:
Villain has a missed draw
The card dealt is scary for your opponent.

There is a school of thought to see flops as cheaply as possible. Especially in the very early levels.

Personally I like to raise and try to narrow the field. I also like to see what players' ranges are in calling my raise.

Good luck !
