OK so I saw that a few people here at Cardschat reccomend the SnG Wizard to help with SnG play. Obviously I want every advantage I can get so I downloaded the 30 day trial and promptly got frustrated while trying to figure out how to use it to my advantage.

Actually this is the same thing Im expecting to happen if I download some sort of tracking system as well.

Anyone here thats pretty familiar with the Wizard? Maybe you have a few minutes to help a fellow Poker Player get started with it? Any input would help and is GREATLY appreciated.

** If this has already been discussed and you have the link please post it. But from the search of the forum all I can find is recco's.

With the wiz, it's used to analyse push fold situations at the bubble of sngs. When you import your hand histories it should bring them up in a list with ticks, warning signs, or crosses to the left. (only situations where push/fold is required.)

From this point you can select the hands which are crossed to find out what mistake you made. It should then tell you the hands which you should've folded, or pushed along with a lot more information. In the Screenshot, Ive give the hands that were correct to shove with a red box around them. The KJs was good to shove as it was included with this hands.

However if you see the bluebox, where within it says average, this is where you need to make ajustments based on the style of your opponents. Wiz will then change the push/fold range accordingly.

From anaylsing your previous hand histories you should become more aware of which hands are good to shove, and which are good to fold. After entering reads on your opponents this process becomes more accurate and hopefully your game should improve accordingly.

Sorry the examples aren't the best they were just from my most recent tournament. I'm sure someone can explain this a lot better than I can, I Thought your thread deserved a post as the wiz is to good to give up on.
GL at the SNGs!

i use the quiz the most. either click quiz on the home page or under tools at the top. be sure to set all the options you want eg tournament structure fulltilt 9man 50 30 20. number of players. i will set it to 4 or 5 to see the bubble spots. i will change my position sometimes. i also set it to review all answers not just wrong ones. what i try to do for each question is obviously guess push of fold but also decide what range of hands i need to shove with. there is a tutorial that goes with it.

Is there any way to enter Titan hand histories into SNG wizard without having to do it manually? That's what frustrates me...

What I do is Open the folder C:\Poker\Titan Poker\*Username*\Tournament
everytime i need to open it again, I just click the link "browse recently opened hand history folders"
