Sklansky Chubukov rankings?
just read this section in "NLHE: Theory and Practice" by Sklansky and Miller...
i'm not sure i get it....?
is it only related to sitting in the SB, stacks vs blind and MTT play?
too me it seems to be something you would use in a situation where blinds are large compared to stacks, you are first to act and your looking to steal the blinds/antes when sitting in the SB....
would it be useful when you have one caller ahead of you?
it seems like it calls for some loose shoves
anyone have a straightforward explanation or real-life example?
