On PS there is very interesting S-n-G tournaments. For example 180 players whis rebuy which have 3,5$ buy-in. There is near 2000$ total prize pool. 1-st place winner can have near 500$. It's good way to build your bankroll if you will take high places several times.

SNG's are good due to lower variance. MTT's while much higher variance, even one micro win would be a good BR for that level.

For consistently building, I would go with SNG's since MTT's can have large downswings. The one thing I suggest though about using SNG's. Play one type, and only one type until you become a expert at that game. Different SNG's with different amount of players and structures are played differently. So play around, find the type you like, and then play that one only until you are really good at it. Then you always have a game you can go back to profit from if you need to.

Only cach if you're going to play consistently. At any time there is a many tables in cash games because the morning and afternoon in SNG are very few table.
But if you're a winning player in your discipline, you can earn money very quickly if you show a high ROI.

If you have limited BR, then sng is good.

Has low variance and few number of players.

Game is nice likewise if you have limited time.

Yea there are a lot of those 180 seat sngs on pokerstars that's the first place I start playing when my bankroll is limited.
I have taken a lot of money off in the past because of my winnings from these type of sngs..

Overall I think sngs are a good way to help build a bankroll. But these bigger ones get you there faster. lol

I like to play sng by reduced time, the 180 has good awards to form a BR

sit n gos are good. certainly better and more consistent that MTTs for a short BR.

But I find cash games to be better still. No, you won't shoot up overly quickly as you might with the other two, but if you have an edge over your competition it tends to be a steady, fairly reliable gain.
