You question is to vague to answer.
Firstly; suited connectors are a fine hand to jam when short, IF the circumstances allow for it.
For example; on a loose table; if you're first to act then shoving 10BB with 9,T off isn't going to be profitble. However; if you jam in the button with T9; with same stack sizes that's is going to yield a better return.
If you post some hands and some info on vilians where they have called; I'm sure we can give you some advice on whether or not they are good jams.
Secondly; weak aces are fine if position is right and you haven't said what you stack size is or other players; these are huge factors when shoving wide and people calling ranges widen. Again though; need some more info
