In mtt i have seen that some player play on any suited cards and often they hit the flush and beat good cards.
Some player play there suited connecter sometimes even 4-5... and they also hit the staright and beat good cards.
Should we play these type of hands specially for flush draw when blinds are very low or very high?

There is no good or bad cards in hand, only missed flop.
i like to call especially in early game, with flushed cards or low connectors, why not right, but not every time i follow the game.
I surely call bb or even raise, if there are more the 2 players in game. 60% of those hands are mine, they are all AK AQ JJ bla bla, and flop comes to "me".
Its not set-up for "good" cards to win every hand. Poker is about every card in deck. It is like lottery, we all pick 7 random numbers, bigger or smaller, and "board" is 7 numbers only. there is possibility for everyone always.
