There's a lot of quality players, and I have only one question for all of you... What's the most profitable advice for most players?

I laughed at "Don't Play Drunk".

When I first started, it was a lot easier for me to build my bankroll playing passively at sit-n-goes opposed to making rooking mistakes at cash games and losing everything. It gave me a better feel for the game.

not to play drunk is probably the best advice)) I would say that the ability to pause. Competent assessment of the situation during the game.

Yes. Definitely keep track of every player at your table. Take notes. Try to pay full attention at all times instead of multitasking. You can pick up the other players betting patterns, tells, see who bluffs and who doesn't, etc. You want to gather as much information as you can about your opponents so when you end up in a big pot with them you can know what to expect instead of guessing why the heck someone is re-raising you or shoving on you.

Ohh yeah. And definitely take breaks from poker like you would from work.

E.g. 2 days off out of the week or so.

1- Do not play tournaments or cash that are out of your bankroll;
2 - Control your bankroll with at least 50 times the value of the buy in of the games that you want to play;
3. Do not play with a weak card;
4- Avoid playing out of position;
5- Always be very patient, because the game can always turn. You can be in last place in the tournament and from one moment to the other you can be in the first place in the tournament that you had no hope;
6- Never give up on a tournament, even if you are in last place.

Don’t pay the fish!
… And obviously I fail to do that time and time again.

Don't spend your time on freerolls. Play cash at once. And you will be able to play all kinds of games after you climb high enough in it.

Don't forget that all the skill will only get you so far, sometimes luck is the determining factor.

There is nothing wrong with freerolls. And not everybody can deposit or wishes to deposit.

DO NOT MAKE QUICK DECISIONS, BECAUSE -- QUICK DECISIONS LEAD TO BAD RESULTS.

so even you want to fold 27, give u some time repeat the reason why fold 27 , or sometimes find it is the right time to call 27o at pot odds 1:10 :D

Some just play too long freerolls, if you stay there too long changing to different style takes lots of effort.

Great tips!

Basically, taking control of these issues will be successful :)

just play your best, most solid game, make +ev decisions, pick your spots to maximize returns, get reads on your opponents and early as possible: as you would be able to maximise your strategy based on your reads, have patience and pray for some luck. :D

Make sure that you are complete awake, sober, calm and concentrated every time you play poker for money. Your bankroll will thank you for that.
If you can't say about one of it "yes i am", just leave the game for money. Play freerolls or do something else beyond poker games. If it still feels like you want to play very much, play at lower limits, than you usually do. No cash games. Only some cheap MTT or STT games.

If you want to be considered as a winning poker player-no matter if it is a hobby or something more - you should dedicate some time and study a little bit. By depositing again and again and punt your bankroll in every session is not a good sign unless you like the thrill of gambling. Then keep it up and pay the better players, you are very welcome!!

You have to know when to "push the brakes" when it depends on the bankroll.
I think its best to know when to stop, no metter if you are losing or winning. :)

Don't play:
Drunk, angry, tired, out of position, emotional, stressed, above your skill set, above your bankroll, with the rent money, or on your anniversary. (sorry honey)
