I'm creating a mapped out session template. That way every time I know my exact orders and I'm walking into the jungle with a map. It's for the small tourney here at the poker room (I'm adjusting it for other game types as well). So far this is what's all on it. It has the stage and level of the tourney, sb/bb/antes, #of hands (I'm mark x if I didn't play or $,-,if I gain or go down) starting BBs, stack type (shove, reshive, steal, resteal, deepstack). Primary Level Focus (exact objective of this level only). Primary offense and Primary defense.(best style of play for whichever level. It helps with mind shifting gears to adjust to different stages) player types and seat #. Passive or non passive. I also have an interval timer that vibrates letting me know when I'm half way through the level, which leads to my in-game mental and physical check list as well. Ive color coded and used abbreviations to keep it on one page. For some this may come easy, such as professionals that have developed routine and strategy but for others such as myself this could be the difference in whether they consistently win or consistently lose. I've only used it twice and had success both times but I'm still tweaking and would ask for recommendations... thanks in advanced... what would you add? ( cash and tourneys nlhe for now.)

I have pregame checklist and post game session and leak review checklist templates made as well.. I'll post what I have once I start receiving feedback and I'll go more in depth with these.
