Sept has started well for me,up 5BI's already, should be a good month for some bonuses as well, with at least $25 in take 2 bonus's and hopefully another $30's or so of my deposit bonus to clear. Plus i'm going to be macking at least 1BI per week in rakeback now that i'm back to grinding FR.

All in all, would be an awesome month for me if i wasnt going to afghan on the 21st, but hey ho, should be back for the 10th of Nov anyways and then the grind can continue, or at least i hope it can, don't know how much i'm going to want to play poker, or be allowed to play poker! when i've got a crying baby to look after lol.

It's been very up and down so far in september but i'm getting comfortable now. Take2 should help establish a bankroll on FT for future play while I focus on my bonus on pokerstars. I'm getting used to full ring which is probably slowing me down, thinking about going with 6-max but we'll see how it goes.

I run at 22/19 and 3bet 7% at 6max so I changed lol

This is 4/6 tabling which allows me to make more plays and pick out spots which obviously is alot looser and it works ok so far.

People at 5NL keep opening UTG and folding to a re-raise which is starting to tilt me. Have they all started to realise that it looks strong and are doing it with less than Ak QQ+ or are they just bad? Or do they not have specific ranges at this level? Maybe I give them too much credit but I have to re-raise withh AA in that spot surely.

Less likely they are noticing your tight 3betting range than it is they are just opening loosely. You'll find some players that open more hands utg than any other position, guess its their version of first in gusto lol, but if people really are folding to your 3bets...you can always 3bet more often.

I don't have any stats but I 3-bet quite often mainly in position. Hands like KQ JQ I can 3-bet. They fold enough to make it profitable whether its pre or post flop with a c-bet. So I don't think it's that, they must just think I have QQ+ everytime I do which to be honest I wouldn't be suprised at this level.

Still working out for you? I'm hoping to have a big month at 25 6-max but we'll see how it goes. Fwiw I run at 21/16-17 and only 3bet like 2.5%

My goal this month is to surpass my 50K hands last month and make GoldStar at 10nl. Making a little money in the process would be nice, too.

You could have started it, Rogue. I see fpp bonuses are back, $8/500 fpp and $40/2500fpp. I have a few k fpps sitting around, but I don't really feel like playing enough this month to get silver to qualify.

I would just try and learn the game and basics solidly RR dont try and bust out 50k hands 12 tabling!
If you have followed this thread since it started I have always played loads of hands and tables and can say from experience it is not the way to play the micro's!
Try and just improve your game, I have been there and played loadsa hands and its not worth it.

Thanks for the info on cash bonuses -- I always thought the ones they had were cash bonuses, but I guess you have to clear them after purchase. $40 for 2500 fpps is better than $50 for 5000 fpps anyway!

And I was thinking of 24 tabling to 100K this month. But, you're right, I should slow down and try to get better at hand reading and finding good spots. Need to work on tabling selection, too.

Up by around 7BIs in 10NL since the month started. Been losing a ton on 10NL but after a couple of days I was able to adapt all the aggressive on this limit. Hooray!

Anyway Guys, what's the right BR for playing 25NL? I mean playing 4 tables.
